Maren Brown’s painting, Atmospherics: Realm, has been selected by juror Gordon Wilkins—Robert M. Walker Curator of American Art at the Addison Gallery of American Art, Phillips Academy, Andover, MA—for inclusion in the Attleboro Art Museum’s upcoming juried exhibition, Reign, Rain, Rein. On view from June 14 to July 11, 2025, the exhibition invites artists to creatively interpret the multiple meanings of “reign,” “rain,” and “rein”—from power and authority, to weather and climate, to control and redirection—offering a wide range of imaginative, symbolic, and literal possibilities.
