Maren Brown’s acrylic paintings Atmospherics: Placid and Atmospherics: Reflections (2025) were selected for In the Moment, a juried exhibition at Galatea Fine Arts in Boston’s SoWa Arts District. Juried by Boriana Kantcheva, Director of Visual Arts at the Mosesian Center for the Arts, the exhibition features a curated selection of contemporary work by regional artists.

Brown will participate in an Artist Talk on Sunday, August 17, from 2–4 p.m. at the gallery.
